The present Policy of “Start Engineering” JSC against corruption and related to it phenomena is an expression of the Company’s priority principles for leading lawful, ethical and transparent business. The Management of “Start Engineering” JSC does not tolerate any form of bribery or corruption. In particular, the Company assumes to abstain from any actions and behavior, that could be taken as an active or passive bribe.

The company does not tolerate the same behavior on part of its personnel either, as well as on part of its suppliers, business partners and on part of government or municipal authorities and in general on part of all, with whom it has business relations.

The persons, falling within the scope of the present Policy, undertake to popularize it and to inform the third parties, that the corruption and its related phenomena are unacceptable for the Company, by giving an adequate example with their behavior.

The Board of directors at the highest level is responsible for this Policy and it has delegated the responsibility to observe whether this policy complies with the legal and ethical corporative obligations to the medium level management.

The executive director of the company, by order, names personally the members of committee on prevention of, and counteraction to the corruption in “Start Engineering” JSC.
