The Company’s Management realizes, that the implementation of clear Environmental protection policy and Health protection policy, maintained by the entire personnel, as well as setting of measures for prevention of the pollution and continuous Environmental improvement is basis for raising the image and well acceptance of the Company by the clients, the society and the Government.

Bearing in mind the above stated, the Management observes the following basic principles during the execution of its activity:

1. Conducting preventive activity to avoid errors.
2. Continuous assessment at all levels, implemented materials, resources, energy, water, emissions, waste and its alternatives, which gives possibility to discover ways for diminishing the impact of these processes on the Environment and reducing them to the required limits.
3. The entire assessment of the manufactured products and the implemented processes, of their impact on the Environment, expressed by energy consumption, emission of harmful compounds and waste is an important stage of the measures for increasing the safety of the manufactured products and the continuous improvement of the projects’ level.
4. The application of new and ekolocigal technologies is a method for improving the organization’s competitiveness.
5. The application of the current technologies and implementation of new technologies will lead to a positive economic effect for the Company and to reducing the impact on the Environment.
6. Keeping a correspondence with the requirements of the legislation and all organizations, related to our activity, is a significant element of the Company’s Policy.
7. The team should understand the management’s policy correctly and to accept its tasks and responsibilities in a motivated manner, in order to respond adequately to the requirements for manufacturing, environment, quality and market, to effectively contribute for the continuous development and improvement. For that purpose it should maintain an effective training system by covering the entire personnel, including those subcontractors, working on behalf of the organization.
8. Each team member should have clearly defined responsibilities and authorities, in order to create environment, contributing the development of the initiative and purposefulness of the efforts for improvement and success.
9. In order to achieve the objectives set, every effort must be made to provide the necessary resources in time from all possible legal sources.
10. This Policy is maintained available to the public, and all intentions and common goals of the Company are declared in it.

The Top Management of the Company is convinced, that by following the basic principles of the Environmental Policy, the Company will satisfy the needs of all those interested parties, by accomplishment of the goals, resulting from such a policy, namely:

• Improvement of the effective use of fuels and consumption of natural resources – energy and water;
• effective management of the air emissions within the legal standards;
• effective waste management;
• reducing the waste pollutions of the activity in compliance with the company Program;
• using technologies for utilization of the waste products from the designed and commissioned systems.

The Company’s Management is engaged to maintain effective and efficient Environmental Management System in the establishment, by continuously assessing it and taking measures for its continuous improvement.
